I HAVE MULTIPLE ATHLETES TO SIGN UP AND SCHEDULICITY ISN'T LETTING ME. WHAT DO I DO?

Great question! This is one of those situations where technology can be a bit tricky. If you are signing up multiple athletes through our schedulicity business page (as linked above), you will need to use a different email for each athlete.

If you don't want to hassle with this, reach out to us directly and we will get your athletes signed up and send you an email invoice.

WHAT IF MY ATHLETE MISSES A SESSION? CAN THEY MAKE IT UP AT A LATER DATE?

We understand that our athletes have very full schedules, especially during the summer months. Sometimes things come up, and sometimes there are inevitable conflicts.

We will be offering two "rain check" sessions the week after the program finishes, on August 17th and 19th. If your athlete has missed a previous session, they can make it up at either or both of these sessions.

WILL ATHLETES BE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS?

Per the direction of Gov. Inslee, it is likely that WA state will "fully open up" on June 30th. The details of what this means will be clarified at that point in time.


It is our number one priority to keep our athletes safe. All West Fitness employees have been fully vaccinated. Given the outdoor nature of this program, we will not require athletes to wear masks. If your athlete prefers to wear a mask, we fully support this approach. Please reach out to us directly if you have any questions or concerns.
